We carry out all the procedures regarding the safety of the work, drawing up the Safety Study if necessary and we are in charge of the safety coordination during the execution. We are also responsible for approving Health and Safety plans.
During the work we are in charge of the Quality Control of the materials and their monitoring.
Studies, safety and health coordination
The safety tasks in construction works are regulated by RD 1627/97 and in terms of coordination, two are specifically defined:
- Coordinator in matters of safety and health during the elaboration of the work project, which will be obligatory when more than one designer is involved in the elaboration of the project (Art. 3 RD 1627/97).
- Coordinator in matters of safety and health during the execution of the work, which will be mandatory when more than one company, or a company and self-employed workers or several self-employed workers intervene during the execution of the work (Art. 3 RD 1627 / 97).
- On-site reception control of products, equipment and systems.
The purpose of reception control is to verify that the technical characteristics of the products, equipment and systems meet the requirements of the project.
- Control of execution of the work
During the construction, the director of the execution of the work must control the execution of each unit of work and verify the rethinking, the materials used, the correct execution and the arrangement of the construction elements. and of the facilities, as well as the verifications and other controls that must be carried out to verify their conformity with what is indicated in the project, the applicable legislation, the rules of good constructive practice and the instructions of facultative management. Upon receipt of the work carried out, the certifications of conformity held by the agents involved may be taken into account, as well as the verifications carried out, where appropriate, by the building’s quality control bodies.
- Control of finished work
In the finished work, either on the building as a whole, or on the different parts and installations, partially or completely finished, they must be carried out, in addition to those that can be established on a voluntary basis, the checks and service tests provided for in the project or commissioned by the facultative management and those required by the applicable legislation.
